Tom Holt's Bio

Vice President of Leadership Training
Mr. Holt is responsible for the educational attainments of each student-athlete and their progress. He is also responsible for inviting guest trainers such as external speakers, evaluators and the like. Stands in for President as needed.

Harry “Tom” Holt IV was a prolific athlete throughout school. He excelled in multiple sports including basketball, football, track and field, baseball, and soccer. His performance contributed to his high schools’ appearance at the Arizona State Championship Playoffs in basketball for the first time in 20-years. He also competed in Arizona State Championships for track and field throughout high school. 

Harry continued his athletic career into college when he was offered a full athletic scholarship with Pima Community College. After sustaining a serious injury on the court, he began to focus on his academics in pursuit of his career goals. Harry has continued his involvement in the sporting world as a parent, coach, volunteer, and/or mentor for baseball, volleyball, soccer, and summer league basketball.

Harry obtained his Emergency Medical Technician certification and began a career in Emergency Medical Service in late 1999. He attended the University of Arizona where he studied at the Arizona Emergency Medicine Research Center. He was the recipient of the program’s Outstanding Colleague Award and received his National and Arizona State Paramedic certifications. He currently works as a Captain/Paramedic for Northwest Fire in Tucson, Arizona.

He has also worked secondarily as a Registered Nurse since 2011. He has a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. He also has an Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine and an Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science.
