Ronnie Morales is our Region 2 Director overseeing PA, OH, VA, MD, NC, SC, WV & TN. Ronnie
resides in Stewartstown, PA with his wife and two children. Former left-hand pitcher in the
Chicago White Sox organization. Ronnie has an extensive baseball background as a player and
coach. Ronnie’s professional day to day business involves the nonprofit sector. With few for-
profit credentials, Ronnie loves impacting his community. The former experienced Executive
Director now owns his own grant consulting business. Ronnie’s primary focus has been
consulting nonprofits in grant funding, donations, and sponsorships. Ronnie also writes baseball
content as a content specialist for What Pros Wear.
Ronnie loves spending time with his kids. He loves attending all their events and is currently his
son’s T-Ball coach. Ronnie loves to read as often as possible, and you can also catch him on the
golf course when time allows. NAFBF’s nonprofit status and drive for developing more
complete athletes through cutting edge programming are also in the DNA of Ronnie. This makes
it a great fit for us both. Ronnie values leading and communicating effectively to conduct a
memorable and productive culture.
