Lori Karas is a dynamic Executive Leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth,
operational transformation, and financial management across healthcare, government, finance,
and senior living. Ten of those years were spent in banking, where she led multi-branch
operations, deposit growth, and customer engagement.
She has held senior leadership roles including Deputy Assistant Secretary (COO) for the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Director, and volunteered as District Governor for
Rotary International. Lori is known to lead strategic initiatives, advanced DEI, and managed
global humanitarian projects. Known for her ability to build strong relationships and deliver
measurable outcomes, Lori excels at uniting stakeholders, increasing revenues, and creating
innovative leadership programs.
Passionate about service and community, Lori is past District Governor for Rotary International
District 7930 and currently serves as District Learning Leader, District Governor Mentor and
soon to be facilitator for Rotary Leadership Institute. Additionally, she has served on multiple
boards, including the American Red Cross and Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and is
recognized for her people-first, transformational approach to leadership.
